Where Do You Specialize - Sales, Rentals, or Both?

 

Option 1 – Sales and Rentals

Are you a real estate specialist for people buying and selling?  For each transaction you earn 100% of that commission.  A transaction fee of $299 per closed deal, and a monthly fee of $49 is your commitment.  Errors and Ommissions has an annual fee of $150.  No other charges apply! You also access to our rental database, which currently has over eight thousand listings.  For each rental transaction, you earn 80% of the total commission.  A transaction fee of $15 per closed deal applies.  There are no other fees!

  • Sales – 100% commission, $299 transaction fee, $49 a month, annual E&O $150
  • Rentals – 80% commission, $15 transaction fee

Option 2 – Rentals Only

If you only want to do leasing and/or are new to the industry, you can join our rental arm.  We will provide a database of over eight thousand listings along with a full-time dedicated leasing director, and one-on-one coaching and training. In addition you will have access to RentJuice, the industry gold standard in software for leasing agents.  You will be able to access the entire rental database from any computer, track your deals, manage your leads, send emails to clients, and post ads on Craigslist with just one-click! Also, we will provide you a custom website with the domain of your choosing (ex. yourname.com), business cards, an automated email marketing system, round the clock support, and self-development library with videos and books to further your career.  There is an on-boarding fee of $199 and monthly fee of $49, which allows us to provide all these materials for you.
