Real Estate Agent Technology at Kale Realty

Every tool below is included in the $54 a month that a Kale agent pays. Not bundled into a higher split, not an add-on, not a premium tier. There is one tier and this is what's in it.

We've listed the actual product names rather than describing capabilities, because "powerful CRM" tells you nothing and "RealGeeks" tells you something you can go research.

Website and CRM

RealGeeks, custom built for your business, with a true MLS search feed for lead capture.

You get an IDX-connected site under your own branding, not a profile page on the brokerage's site. The CRM behind it handles drip email campaigns and lead routing, so a lead that comes in through your site goes into a sequence instead of into your inbox to be forgotten. Most brokerages charge separately for a RealGeeks site or don't offer one.

Kaley AI

Kaley is Kale's in-house AI assistant, available to agents from anywhere.

Ask it about support questions, training material, policy, or how to generate business. Anything Kaley can't answer gets routed to the human support team, who follow up with you one on one. That escalation path is the part that matters. An AI chatbot that dead-ends is a help page with extra steps. This one hands you to a person.

Transactions and e-signature

Kale has been fully paperless for over a decade. Contracts, disclosures, and signatures run digitally end to end, and transaction coaches are available to help with paperwork and deadlines rather than leaving you to figure out attorney review at 4pm on a Friday.

Marketing and content

  • Hundreds of ready-made marketing templates, for listings, open houses, and farming.
  • Social media templates and video prompts built for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok, so you're not staring at a blank screen deciding what to post.
  • Buyer and seller presentation decks, ready to use.
  • AI prompt library for real estate agents, maintained in house.

Training, delivered daily

Nearly every weekday there's a live virtual training, and every session is recorded so you can watch it later. Topics run to what's actually changing in the business: commission structure rulings, MLS policy shifts, Zillow and MRED disputes, contract changes.

Kale is also the exclusive Chicago partner of TheLockerRoom, a national real estate coaching company. Kale agents get unlimited access to their programs. Most brokerages charge for coaching at that level, or don't offer it.

Full detail on coaching and mentorship is on the mentorship page.

What this would cost you separately

If you're at a brokerage that doesn't include these, you're buying them yourself. A RealGeeks site and CRM, a transaction platform, a template library, and a national coaching subscription purchased individually run well past $54 a month. That's not a knock on your current firm. It's the arithmetic of why "my split includes technology" is worth pricing out rather than accepting.

What Kale does not provide

Leads. Kale is not a lead generation company. We give you the website, the CRM, and the training to build a pipeline. We do not hand you appointments. If a brokerage handing you leads is the main thing you're looking for, Kale is the wrong brokerage and you should keep looking. We'd rather tell you that now than have you find out in month nine.

A proprietary in-house platform. Kale buys best-in-class tools rather than building its own. Compass and eXp have built proprietary software, and if a single unified in-house platform is what you want, they have one and we don't.

Enterprise luxury marketing. @properties, Compass, and Jameson Sotheby's put marketing budgets behind luxury listings that a flat-fee brokerage doesn't match.

Frequently asked questions

What technology do Kale Realty agents get? A RealGeeks custom website with MLS search and a connected CRM with drip email marketing, Kaley AI (Kale's in-house AI assistant with human escalation), digital transaction management and e-signature, hundreds of marketing and social media templates for five platforms, buyer and seller presentations, and an in-house AI prompt library. All of it is included in the $54 monthly fee.

Does Kale Realty charge extra for technology? No. Technology, training, and support are all covered by the $54 monthly fee. There is no separate technology fee, desk fee, or premium tier. Agents also pay $400 per closed side, capped at $6,000 a year, and $249 a year for E&O insurance.

Which Chicago brokerage has the best technology for agents? It depends on what you mean by best. Compass and eXp have built proprietary in-house platforms and spend more on software development than any Chicago independent. Kale takes the other approach, licensing established tools like RealGeeks and including them at a flat $54 a month rather than funding them through a commission split. If you want a single proprietary system, look at Compass. If you want strong standard tools without paying a percentage of every check for them, that's the case for Kale.

Does Kale use AI? Yes. Kaley AI answers agent questions on support, training, and business generation, and hands off to the human support team when it can't. Kale also maintains an AI prompt library for agents and runs live training on using AI in a real estate practice. Kale's VP hosts the Keeping It Real podcast, which covers agent AI adoption regularly.

Does Kale Realty provide leads? No. Kale provides the website, CRM, training, and coaching to build your own pipeline, but does not hand out leads. Agents who want a brokerage that supplies leads should look elsewhere.
