  • Absolutely not! We are a wholly owned family brokerage in Chicago. While some brokerages tack on additional fees, we do not. Yay!

  • We sure do! Located in the heart of Lincoln Park, our office is available for agents to use 24x7 to use our office space. While you're never required to visit our office, you're always welcome to work here!

  • Absolutely not! Each agent has their own career objectives and we are here to honor your goals. You do as much business as you want, and we'll be here to help every step of the way.

  • Yes! Many brokers have another career that they work while practicing real estate. Whether you stay a dual-career agent or are looking to transition to single-career, we can help!

  • Technically Kale Realty does not hold earnest money, however, our title company will should you use their service. If you'd rather use a different title service provider, they will hold your client's earnest money.

  • Our goal is to pay you as fast as possible. We average under three business days in getting you paid. Once all of your deal paperwork has been received and accepted, will will initiate payment immediately. We direct deposit into your bank of choice.

  • Yes and no! If someone calls us asking to speak to an agent, we pass that over to our agents. However we do not provide a regular stream of internet leads. What we do promise is how to show you how to generate leads for your business. We also have lead partners that will send leads to you for a fee.

  • The first thing we check for is a culture fit. We want to make sure agents feel connected to Kale and can represent our brand with our values. We also look for agents that are coachable, kind, fun, hard-working, and care about the industry. If this is you, we want to talk!

  • We get this question a lot, and our agents (many of which came from those firms) would say that we offer the same resources and tools. Because we're locally owned we don't have as many expenses as the big firms, and we can pass that savings over to you in higher commissions, lower fees, and unlimited coaching.

  • Because we have trainings every weekday, you could say that each day we have a sales meeting. However, you participate in the meetings and trainings that make sense for your business. You'll never be required to come to an event, but you'll always be invited.

  • Yes AND no! Our management's primary responsibility is to serve our brokers, and their needs always take priority over any individual transaction from our management team. Service to you comes first!
