A few times a year a broker will message me (D.J.) with a question like:
“I have a listing presentation coming up and the seller is interviewing multiple brokers. What can I do to win the business?”
My first suggestion is this – Don’t simply have a powerpoint presentation that you flip through on your tablet while sitting at their kitchen table. While I think having a powerpoint presentation (or printed out slides) is a great idea, I have an even better idea.
